Wednesday fun in the sun

The weather sure seems to be on our side as the sun was shining again today and it was warm even though the buildings are grey and the ground is dirt and no leaves on the trees, the sun makes everything look better.
On our usual bus route we were shocked to see city workers out filling the pot holes, and the one road that is like a slalom track has had a lot of the holes filled in making for a little less bumpy ride. There are also workers out cleaning up broken tree branches, litter and leaves from around the apartment buildings.
We again got to take Ethan outside to enjoy the sun, he seemed to like the slide today, and when placed at the top would push with his feet to go down and lean forward. There was also a roundabout that you sit on, so Martin was brave and took the risk of being sick to spin around on it with Ethan. My husband’s age is starting to show. This Ethan really loved, and so we now have 2 children who like to spin around and around. Then it was inside for some more play time. We had decided to try him with a yogurt today to see if we could find something he liked to eat, as we are sure that he is going to be our picky eater. We gave him the first mouthful, ready for it to come straight back out again, but he got a great big smile on his face his little legs started to shake and he leaned in for some more, he gobbled it all up. We are very excited that we have found something he likes.
After our visit and before catching the bus we walked over to a park we had seen near the social worker office for some play time with Laura. It is a very big area but all the paths are dirt not paved, but all in all it was a very nice green area with climbing structures, swings and other things.
It was then home for some picture taking of the area of our apartment before we don’t have any. We then found another park for Laura with some very old swings. Laura thought this was a good day.
One thing we do notice is people drink where ever they choose too even on the buses, and parks are no exceptions, so there are broken bottles even in the park along with litter. Some do use the litter bins but a lot do not.
OH and Robert you really would hate to see the schedule Euro sport has lined up for the month of April.
